MV&P Layout Development in Pictures


Organized chaos? Work in progress on both upper and lower levels. A neat and tidy work area is obviously not one of my strong qualities.	Doorway leads to closet that holds St. Louis staging on lower level, and (at the time this photo was taken) Kansas City on the upper level.

By late March 2007, a yard to represent Newburg, Missouri was added to the far end of the layout that is at the opposite end of the room from the staging yards. Frisco had a wye at Newburg, but un-fortunately, I didn't have room for one here.	Grain elevator roughed in on upper level. Dark headlight on that Mopac E8 would indicate I did not fire up the layout for this photo.

By the end of May 2007, work is well under way on the Cargill elevator complex area.	Close-up of the pair of Butler grain bins that are part of the Cargill scene.
